Welcome to this beautiful and renovated town house in Son Carrió. It has capacity for 5 guests. This house is perfect to rest and disconnect from the world. In the patio you can enjoy a wonderful Mediterranean breakfast or gaze at the stars at night. The property is located within the town and there are direct neighbours.

The single storey house has been renovated in a modern style but retains some traditional details. From the back patio you have direct access to the modern kitchen diner equipped with ceramic hob. Here you will also find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you will find the living room with AC where you can relax watching satellite TV. For relaxation, the house offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with 2 single beds, and one with only one bed. The window of one of the double bedrooms faces the living room and the single bedroom has no window. The house also has two bathrooms with shower, one with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Finally, there is a cot and a high chair available.

Son Carrió is a small hamlet belonging to Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, in the Levante region of Mallorca. In the town you will find a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The closest beach is the emblematic Portocristo beach located 12 km away, with crystal clear waters and perfect for families. If you like golf, the closest course is in Son Servera, located 12 km away.
