The holiday home 'TAGOMAGO' is located on a hill, in a quiet suburb of Calpe, in a green environment.
It is renovated, spacious, modern, cozy and comfortably furnished.
From here you have a panoramic view of the valley, Calpe, the Peñon de Ifach, the sea and the surrounding mountains.
A fenced front and back garden and a lockable garage door offer you the necessary privacy.
Along the front garden of the house, with an outside staircase to the first floor, you enter the living room with open kitchen. From the living room there is access to the balcony and adjoining the breakfast terrace.
With an internal staircase in the livingroom you descend to the ground floor. There is a night hall, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a reading corner with an outside door to the back of the house.
On this level are the south-facing garden and 2 terraces, as well as an outdoor shower. From here you also have access to - and through - the garage/storage room, with a gate to the garage exit at the front of the house.
Next to the outside staircase in the front garden there is a separate closed laundry room.
The 80 m2 swimming pool is located 25 meters away along the traffic-free part of the street.
Parking is possible on the garage exit, on the street in front of the house or in a parking lot 50 meters away.

RENTAL CONDITIONS
The minimum age of the primary tenant is 24 years.
The maximum occupancy is 6 persons (if more than 4 persons are staying, the sofa in the living room must be folded out into a double bed).
Only the persons named, who were specified by the tenant when booking, may stay overnight in the house. An exception to this can only be made at the express request of the primary tenant to the owner.
Subletting is not permitted.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
The arrival and departure day are flexible. They do not necessarily have to be a Saturday!
Upon departure, the tenant must leave the property in a clean condition and is responsible for damage and loss.
The landlord cannot be held responsible for natural disasters and circumstances beyond his control.
The refundable breakage deposit of €300 is payable to the owner, either by prior transfer or in cash upon arrival. You will receive this deposit, minus the electricity consumption and any damage or loss, back to you on the day of your departure in cash, or within 3 days after your departure by transfer to your bank account.
