My name is Jan Wilmaerts. I live in Belgium (Flanders), but I have been staying in Calpe with my wife for several months a year since the end of 2014. I came here for the peace, the sun, the wonderful weather, the healthy air, the green surroundings, the pleasant neighbourhood and the lively Calpe, where there are all kinds of activities all year round. I bought the holiday home, which is next to my house, in 2017 and then renovated it, originally for the holidays of the children and grandchildren.
