There are 2 pools, both well maintained, with a large selection of sunbeds available at each. Also available for hire are tennis courts, kids club activities, gymnasium, evening entertainments.

WHATS INCLUED IN THE RENTAL PRICE?
1. On arrival you will be issued with a wristband that indicates you are a Golden Clube Resident
2. Access to all pool areas
3. Free boat rides to the beach
All other sports facilities, restaurants and entertainments are not included and will incur a daily rate.

ACCESS & PARKING
This is private accommodation, and all interior features and appliances are available for use. The apartment is on the first floor, with elevator access and please note that there are stairs within the duplex apartment itself. Free parking is available within the grounds of the resort.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
