Charming Villa in Albufeira with Private Pool and Garden Views

This spacious and welcoming 338 m² villa is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. With 5 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms and capacity for up to 10 guests, it offers the ideal balance of comfort, privacy, and excellent location.

Please be informed that this villa has been partiality refurbished - the bathrooms (although they are fully functional and clean) are not refurbished yet.

Nestled in a peaceful rural area, the villa features a beautiful private garden and swimming pool, creating a serene atmosphere for outdoor relaxation. You’ll find everything you need nearby for a convenient stay: just 400 m from the Patã de Baixo (X JI) bus station, 500 m from Retiro do Isca restaurant, and 600 m from Café Martins. Within a short drive, you can reach several stunning beaches, including Olhos de Água Beach and Barranco das Belharucas Beach (both 3 km away), as well as the Pine Cliffs Golf Course, supermarkets and family attractions like Zoomarine, Aqua Show, and Slide & Splash.

The outdoor area boasts a garden with fruit trees, a large terrace, garden furniture, a shaded dining area and a barbecue. The private pool is ideal for cooling off on warm days, surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Inside, the villa combines traditional charm with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, iron, safe, and hairdryer. The fully equipped kitchen features a vitroceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils and tableware to prepare your favorite meals. Private outdoor parking is available within the property.

The bedroom/bathroom layout is as follows:
Bedroom 1 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, window with shutters and air conditioning.
Opposite to bedroom 1 is a small shower room with step in shower, toilet and single sink.
Bedroom 2 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, window with shutters and air conditioning.
Bathroom 2 has a bath/shower over, single sink, toilet.
Bedroom 3 (Master bedroom), queen bed, fitted wardrobes, atrium area, air conditioning, sliding door with toilet & bidet. There are also double sinks and large step in shower (very deep) so this bedroom has a private shower room. The atrium area has curtains.
Bedroom 4 has twin single beds, no fitted wardrobe but a storage area/rack, window with shutters and air conditioning.
Bathroom 4 has bath/shower over, single sink, toilet & bidet.
Bedroom 5 has twin single beds, fitted wardrobe, window with shutters and air conditioning.

Please note that the pool is the same depth of 1.10m throughout.

Travel cots are available for 25 euros per reservation and baby chairs for 10 euros per reservation.

The property accepts up to 3 animals for the extra cost of 10 Euros per animal per night to be paid in cash at check in.

All reservations include a full clean upon departure.
If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.
If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.

This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

Note: it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.

Travel cots (with mattress and linen) cost 25 Euros per stay and baby chairs 10 Euros per stay.

Please note, for reservations from people aged between the age of 18 and 24 years, a 200 Euro security deposit each person will be payable in cash at check in. This would be refunded after an inspection and cleaning of the villa, providing everything was Ok, up until 10 days after check out via bank transfer.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all foreign nationals staying at our accommodation are required to be registered with the relevant Portuguese authorities. This requirement applies to all foreign guests, including citizens of other European Union member states.
All guests will be required to complete the necessary accommodation registration form prior to arrival (check in on-line, which will be sent 3-4 weeks prior to arrival).

Tourist taxes payable locally could apply.
