Villa Guincho is an amazing villa located at the foot of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park.

Distributed on 3 levels, it has 6 ensuite double bedrooms all with sea-view, own terraces and generous living spaces. A large terrace runs the length of the house with unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean and Guincho Beach. All amenities and maid service included. Many extra services are also available on request.

The pool area is surrounded by a spacious lawn-area, offering total privacy during warm summer days. The heated salt swimming pool (from April to September) has an adjoining pergola and bar, with barbecue and a fully equipped summer kitchen. Our chef can organize a paella, fish barbecue or authentic Portuguese meal for you.

This is the perfect place to come with a large family or group of friends, because there is space to gather together in one of the lounges, as well as corners when one can quietly retire to relax or read a book.

Enjoy a good movie Netflix, Disney, Prime, AppleTV in the Cinema room equipped with a Bose sound surround system.

The bar area has a billiard, ping pong, baby foot, smart TV and draft beer (on order). It is great for celebrating a birthday or just have a drink and, why not, a little dance during your stay!

Our staff will welcome you in person and do a personalised tour of the property at check-in. Depending on season, owner or its staff may use a separate independant cottage within the property to ensure best support and services.

All in all, Villa Guincho represents 700m2 living area, a private driveway and automatic front gates in a 1,3 hectare of secluded garden located at the foot of the Cascais-Sintra Natural Park.

The villa is equipped for winter with central heating and each bedroom also includes Air Condition (A/C) for summer at no extra charge. All bedrooms have a private safe.
