Tenuta Armony-Salento Reservation is a wonderful newly renovated villa, able to guarantee a stay in complete relaxation without sacrificing any comfort. In a strategic position to reach all the most sought after destinations in Salento, able to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. The Estate consists of a large air-conditioned living room with a double sofa bed, kitchenette with dining table and chairs and TV, a living room furnished with a relaxation area and two double sofa beds, two double bedrooms, one external to the main structure air conditioned in a wooden cabin, a double bedroom, also offers two bathrooms with shower and washing machine, an equipped covered veranda, with garden furniture and wood-burning barbecue, a large garden equipped with a covered dining area with a fireplace, an additional area lunch or relaxation- reading, play area equipped for children and a very comfortable outdoor shower. Inside the structure, nothing is left to chance, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail; it also has air conditioning in the living room and corridor serving the rooms, a washing machine and a shaded parking space. Located in Racale, just 3 km from the sea, the marina of Torre Suda is characterized by a low cliff with easy access where bathing is widely practiced, and not far from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli. Racale is a tourist town in the hinterland, organized for festivals and events; from the house you can easily reach the city center, as well as all sorts of essential activities. N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space, check-in/check-out. Camping cot available with a supplement of 50.00€; Welcome little 4-legged friends with a small supplement of 50.00€; Additional bath set 20.00€ per person; Additional sheet set 20.00€ per person.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:

• for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;
• for check-ins from 22:00 to 0:00 extra cost of euro 50.00;
• for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
  For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and upon acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8
