English: Historic villa in the countryside near Pistoia with a pool for exclusive use (6 × 12 m; depth 1.10–2.40 m). The villa has a large, fenced park where your children can play. Guests can also enjoy a covered veranda, a pergola, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and a table tennis table.

The villa is in a quiet position and is ideal for visits to the main cities of Tuscany: Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno. From here you can also reach the localities of the Appenines famous for trekking, mountain biking or for spending days in contact with nature.

From Pistoia you can also easily reach the beaches of Versilia, where we recommend planning an excursion.

Your pets are welcome in this house. Parking is available on site.

The ground floor with entrance hall and kitchen, small living room, bathroom.

The first floor with living room and laundry area with washing machine and dryer, bathroom.

The second floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a belvedere area.
