Georgian Quarters @ Canning III & IV is a joint listing, enabling you to book two apartments in the same building in one reservation. One unit is a two-bedroom apartment, while the other is a two-storey, four-bedroom apartment. Fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, these apartments are perfect for exploring Liverpool. Located in one of the city's most beautiful areas, they offer easy access to major attractions and are just a short stroll from the city centre's vibrant food and drink scene.

The Space:
Georgian Quarters @ Canning III & IV is a rare find, offering an exceptional amount of space in the city, accommodating up to 22 guests in total.

The first unit is a spacious two-bedroom apartment, sleeping up to 8 guests, located two floors up in the building. The living area features an open-plan layout shared with the kitchen and dining space. With a large wall-mounted TV and a double sofa bed, it provides the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring. The bedrooms are equally inviting. The first bedroom includes two double beds, while the second boasts a king-size bed. Both rooms are fitted with Smart TVs for entertainment and desks that can be used for work or as dressing tables. The family bathroom has a modern interior and is equipped with a bath, a separate shower, a WC, and a washbasin.

The second unit is a four-bedroom duplex, accommodating up to 14 guests. Located on the third floor, it offers a stunning furnishing style, beautiful views, and a memorable stay – well worth the extra steps. On the main floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, while the attic floor houses two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a double bed. The main floor bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and desks, suitable for work or vanity purposes. The living room also features a luxurious corner sofa bed that can sleep two guests, along with a large Smart TV — plenty of space to rest your head and unwind. For larger groups, the property offers multiple bathrooms: one on the main floor with a separate shower, a standard-sized bath, a WC, and a washbasin, plus two en-suite bathrooms in the attic, each with a shower, WC, and washbasin.

Both units come with fully equipped kitchens, including a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and more. The dining areas are furnished with matching tables and chairs or benches, ideal for large group meals.

For added convenience, each unit also includes a washing machine.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to Georgian Quarters @ Canning I & II. We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.

The two-bedroom unit is located on the second floor, while the four-bedroom unit is situated on the third floor. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building.
Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.

The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

The Neighborhood:
The Georgian Quarters @ Canning III & IV is situated in Liverpool's renowned Georgian Quarter, a neighbourhood celebrated for its stunning architecture and cobble streets, quaint neighbourhood, and historic character.

Located near St Luke's Church, known locally as 'The Bombed Out Church,' the area hosts regular events such as open-air cinemas and beer festivals. The impressive Liverpool Cathedral and The Philharmonic Hall are also just a short walk away.

The Georgian Quarter is a cultural hotspot, famous for its theatres and performance spaces, making it ideal for those with a passion for the arts.

A leisurely stroll takes you to Hope Street and the city centre, where you can enjoy a selection of restaurants, cosy cafes, and vibrant entertainment venues.

Getting Around:
The closest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 17-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the City's Electric Scooters to ride you around town!

It is important that guests understand that travel cots and high chairs are not permanently available in every apartment and must be requested 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
