The Accommodation:
This apartment is located in a recently renovated building in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture to create a fresh, cosy, and practical atmosphere, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The 65m² apartment includes:

• A spacious living-dining area with seating for 6 guests, featuring a double sofa bed (102x200cm) and a rectangular dining table.
• An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender).
• A comfortable master bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm), mirror, and shelving unit with wardrobe space. Ensuite toilet with washbasin, mirror, and WC.
• A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, large washbasin, mirror, and WC.

The apartment comes with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a welcome pack including:

• Kitchen amenities (washing-up sponge, kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and 2 toilet rolls per bathroom).
• Bathroom amenities (hand soap).
• Coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water.

• Late check-in after 21:00 incurs a €30 surcharge.

Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of Valencia’s old town to accommodate the city's growing population. Most buildings in the area were constructed between 1900 and 1960. It is an ideal place to stock up on groceries, with several supermarkets nearby, including Mercadona and Consum, which also offer organic food options.

The apartment is situated in the Arrancapins neighbourhood, close to the “Ángel Guimerá” metro station. It is a quiet residential area, perfect for families, and is within walking distance of:
