The Accommodation:
This apartment is located in a recently renovated building in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully selected furniture to create a fresh, cosy, and practical atmosphere, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The 65m² apartment includes:

  • A spacious living-dining area with seating for 6 guests, featuring a double sofa bed (102x200cm) and a rectangular dining table.
  • An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender).
  • A comfortable master bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm), mirror, and shelving unit with wardrobe space. Ensuite toilet with washbasin, mirror, and WC.
  • A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, large washbasin, mirror, and WC.

The apartment comes with bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a welcome pack including:

  • Kitchen amenities (washing-up sponge, kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, and 2 toilet rolls per bathroom).
  • Bathroom amenities (hand soap).
  • Coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water.
