The Accommodation:
This apartment is located in a recently renovated building in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). Thoughtfully decorated with carefully selected furniture, it offers a fresh, cosy, and practical space, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The 69m² apartment includes the following spaces:

• Bright living-dining area with seating for 5, a double sofa bed (140x190cm), a round dining table, HD TV, and access to an elongated balcony.
• Open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, and blender).
• Cosy master bedroom with a double bed (150x190cm), a mirror, spacious wardrobes, and direct access to a fantastic private terrace.
• Furnished terrace with a table, chairs, and a parasol – perfect for relaxing outdoors.
• Second bedroom with a single bed (90x200cm), a wardrobe, and access to a small balcony.
• Modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, mirror, and toilet.
• Additional toilet with a washbasin and mirror.

We provide:

• Bed linen and one hand towel & one bath towel per guest.
• Iron and ironing board.
• Hairdryer.
• Welcome kitchen amenities: (1 sponge, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 rubbish bags, 1 - laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and 2 toilet rolls per bathroom).
• Bathroom amenities: (hand soap).
• Extras: Coffee capsules and a 1.5L bottle of mineral water.

The apartment is located in Arrancapins, near Ángel Guimerá metro station. It’s a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of key attractions:
