It comprises 3 bedrooms, including 2 suites with en-suite bathrooms. The master suite has a bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as a dressing room. A separate WC completes the facilities. The bedrooms are equipped with shutters. Air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

A large terrace surrounds the apartment, with a covered section, sun loungers and a gas barbecue, so you can enjoy the sun at any time of day.

The residence offers a large outdoor swimming pool, a relaxation area, a fitness room, a children's games room and a table tennis table.

Amenities: Wi-Fi and a parking space in the secure underground garage.

The supermarket is just opposite. The centre of La Cala de Mijas and its beaches are 500 m away. This seaside village remains lively all year round: you will find restaurants, bars, shops and a long seafront promenade, ideal for walking or cycling.

The pool is open from 1st April to 30th September.
