There is one double bedroom on the entrance floor and a shared bathroom as well as the living room and kitchen. The remaining 3 bedrooms are downstairs on the lower garden floor and have patio doors which lead out to the garden terrace. There is one double ensuite bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 single bedroom aswell as a shared bathroom.

The open plan living space in contemporary design with a comfortable sofa and dining table strategically place for you to enjoy the views is on the entrance floor. Large sliding doors open out to the front balcony seating area or a seperate side door leads to a charming covered seating area. The handy utility room is located on the lower floor.

Located on the south of the Bodrum Peninsula, Villa Magic’s elevated position allows for spectacular views of the coastline. The nearest beach is Camel Beach, a 7 minute drive, the resort of Ortakent, is approximately 10 minute drive away, with larger supermarkets, beachside restaurants and a bakeries. The popular resorts of Yalıkavak and Bodrum Centre are both easily reached in 20-25 minutes’ by car.
