A 15 minutes’ walk leads to Tavira town with its array of restaurants and shops, and the boat to the magnificent beach island with its gorgeous, golden sands.

From the main entrance, you are immediately welcomed into the generous open plan living space. Comfortable sofas and armchairs offer a spot for relaxing or watching TV, as the L shaped room meanders towards the dining area and its kitchen, fully equipped and perfect for home catering. The villa design thoughtfully incorporates a ground floor twin bedroom for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Situated on the first floor, the master king sized bedroom is simply stunning, with a large ensuite bathroom and private dressing room. The 2 additional bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) both enjoy sunny balconies and share a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. Outside, attractive paving encircles the villa, edged with succulents and potted plants leading to a lovely spot for shady dining “al fresco” beside the sparkling swimming pool where you can dine or relax, and watch the children splash and play all day. For those wishing to soak up the sun, the rooftop sun terrace with sunbeds and comfy seating provides the best spot for reading and relaxing. At this villa, there are so many secret spots to enjoy privacy, tranquility or family fun and food! A gorgeous family holiday villa close to the town of Tavira.

This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There is 1 bedroom on ground floor, so guest with walking difficulties are well catered for. Parking is available on street directly outside without a charge.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
