Open the electric gates and enter your own private kingdom, the spacious driveway offers parking for 2 cars adjacent to the magnificent lawn hugging the house and pool. The main entrance welcomes you directly into the charming country-style kitchen, fully equipped with major appliances and a food preparation area. This overlooks the open living space adorned with traditional beamed ceilings, and furnished with an elegant wooden dining table, extending to the lounge with comfy sofas and a TV. The second part of this one-level villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 king size and 1 with bunk beds accompanied by 2 separate shower rooms. The outside living space is an absolute treat. A terrace extends the entire length of the villa and is embellished with a soft seating area and dining table with a retractable awning - or you can choose to dine “al fresco” at the poolside dining area with traditional charcoal BBQ. The gorgeous blue pool invites you to take a dip, and afterwards a spot of relaxation for the sun worshippers on the surrounding sunbeds. The views are truly amazing; the villa is perched on an enviable hilltop position, embraced by an abundance of trees, wildflowers, and nature at its best. The ambience and fragrances in the air are simply magical and here, you can really unwind. Each morning you will hear nothing more than birdsong! This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The villa is a one-level property with 2 small steps between the kitchen and dining room. There is ample space for cars to park on the cobbled stone driveway.

Warm Welcome: We can arrange airport transfers, shopping services and food packs.
Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.
Late Arrivals: Out-of-hours arrival fees may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
