From the kitchen, a door opens to a private internal atrium furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast or a relaxed evening meal. The apartment has two bedrooms: a master double room with a private shower room and a twin bedroom that shares a bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower.

ACCESS & PARKING
This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. The apartment is ground floor. There are steps within gardens to get to and from the main condo entrance. Parking is directly outside on the street, without a charge.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.
Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.

GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION
For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:
You will verify your personal details.
You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
