Quintas Village AY

Welcome to Quintas Village AY, a relaxing apartment located in Caniço, on the beautiful Madeira Island. This inviting space accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and another with two single beds. You’ll have two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower) to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Feel at home in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, cutlery, plates, and essential cookware. A hairdryer, washing machine, a dryer and Smart TV are provided, and private parking is available in the building’s garage. Guests also have year-round access to a shared swimming pool, perfect for a dip under the mild island climate. If you’re traveling with little ones, a baby cot and chair can be arranged upon request.

Check-in is possible from 16:00 until 05:00, and while the apartment is within easy reach of supermarkets, restaurants, and the nearby beach, we recommend renting a car to explore everything Madeira has to offer. Funchal is only a 10-minute drive away, making it simple to experience local culture and attractions.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided, allowing you to pack light and settle right in. We kindly remind guests that smoking indoors is not permitted.

The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:

• 2EUR per night;
• This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
• This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.

We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.

We look forward to welcoming you to Quintas Village AY and hope you enjoy discovering the natural beauty of Madeira.
