Villa Fico Jo is the perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday, just 5 km from the centre of Polignano a Mare. The villa is equipped with every need: a comfortable indoor kitchen with island and pool view, relax area with sofa and TV, and a large table with benches. Three comfortable double bedrooms finely furnished, one of the three with private bathroom with large stone shower with double shower head. The second bathroom, also with shower, is at the service of the rest of the house. A large gazebo adjacent to the house gives shade to the outdoor table with benches and a view of the pool. The latter (6x12 mt) is equipped with sun beds and shading. Stone barbecue and bar area with sink and fridge. Adjacent to the bar there is a comfortable bathroom serving the pool and an outdoor shower.  Garden with lawn and fruit trees and private parking.  The villa is located exactly halfway between Polignano a Mare and Conversano. In Polignano a Mare you can taste the typical Apulian cuisine offered by the restaurants with a sheer view of the sea, or simply sip a special coffee. In Conversano you can visit the famous Norman castle and enjoy the fresh air in the evening, being on high ground compared to Polignano a Mare. Not far away also Monopoli with its beaches of crystal clear water, Castellana Grotte with its famous caves and Alberobello, the well-known city of Trulli, UNESCO World Heritage Site. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, as it is not fibre-optic, will be slower than with urban networks. If necessary, two additional beds are available upon request and at an extra cost. For security reasons, the property has surveillance cameras, in outdoor areas, to protect the owners and guests themselves.    . Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).
