Villa Panorama is an ancient villa, carefully restored. It has a large furnished garden and a spacious solarium. It is equipped with every comfort: Sauna, A/C in every room, daily cleaning service included (midweek linen change) and daily breakfast (on request, not included in the price). It's in a really convenient location: within walking distance there are 3 restaurants, a grocery store and the beach is a 20 min walk away.

The villa is organized on three levels, one of which is independent from the main complex and accessible only from the outside (DEPENDANCE):

• Living room (there is the possibility to add a single bed)
• 1 double bedroom (bed size 160x190) with access to the terrace

Villa Panorama is located in the center of Praiano - east side, in a pedestrian area, close to restaurants and shops. It is accessible via a short pedestrian path and a flight of approximately 30 comfortable steps. Private parking is available on request (for a fee), located about 200 meters from the property.

A few steps away are:
• 3 restaurants/bars (La Moressa, Kasai, M'ama)
• 1 supermarket "Tutto per Tutti"
• Local bus and SITA bus stop
• The main beach "Marina di Praia" - 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by local bus
