On the ground floor, the living area develops, characterised by a spacious and welcoming lounge with dining area and an evocative fireplace, with direct access to the green of the park, as well as a modern fully equipped kitchen equipped with a dishwasher.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, which houses a splendid master bedroom with a complete private en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, a second bright double bedroom and a further master bathroom also equipped with a shower.

To ensure an impeccable stay in every season, the entire structure is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, television and stereo system.

• Late Check-in: for arrivals from 20:00 onwards, a supplement of €30 is charged. From 23:00 onwards, the supplement will be €50.

• Accommodation tax: to be paid on arrival, €4 per person per night.

• Parking: One parking space (1) included.
