The house is located in a family-friendly neighbourhood, with public transport, shops and restaurants right on your doorstep and Sorrento’s beaches less than 1 km away.

Outside space is always welcome, whether you’re holidaying with friends or family, and this house certainly ticks that box with an absolutely charming garden. Enjoy leisurely breakfasts in the shade of a vine-clad pergola on the terrace and gaze out over the garden below. Sun beds and a parasol dot the lawn, but when the sun becomes too fierce, head for the eye-catching ochre-walled pavilion with lounge seating.

The house (130 m²) is very roomy for a family, with a lounge, dining room, kitchen and a study with desk next to the living room. The décor throughout the apartment is extremely stylish, with parquet flooring throughout and high-end finishes. Light streams through the French windows in the lounge and into the adjacent dining area. The classy kitchen, located next to the dining room, features marble countertops and ample storage space.

Villa Sofia is on the first floor of a stately building, without elevator.
