The house in Supetarska Draga on the island of Rab offers four modern apartments for 4-6 people with sea views. Each apartment has air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a balcony or terrace, and two bathrooms. In the outdoor area, there is a communal garden pavilion with a grill, a pool (since 2017), and sun loungers. Pets are not allowed.

The apartments are located on the second floor and are approximately 75 m² in size. They consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, double sink, electric cooker, extractor hood and filter coffee machine. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space for two people.

The balconies are privately usable, partially with sea views, and offer space for relaxation outdoors. Parking spaces are available at the property.
