This charming holiday home is located about 2.5 km outside of Primošten and offers absolute tranquillity, plenty of space and a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding islands. Surrounded by Mediterranean nature, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, privacy and an authentic Dalmatian experience. The house is suitable for up to six people and also welcomes guests with pets.

On approximately 90 m², you can expect three cosy bedrooms, an air-conditioned living area with satellite TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer and filter coffee machine. The focal point of the house is the large covered terrace, where one can enjoy sunsets over Primošten with a glass of regional Babić wine.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxed holiday days: Mediterranean planting with olive trees, sun loungers, a hammock, a small children's playground, a table tennis table and an outdoor grill ensure that every guest finds their favourite spot. Up to three parking spaces are available on the property, two of which are covered.

The sea, a supermarket and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away, while the centre of Primošten with its beaches, cafés and picturesque old town can be reached in a few minutes. The region offers numerous opportunities for activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, cycling, wine tastings and much more.

Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, tourist tax and a baby cot upon request. Pets are welcome; however, an additional fee will be charged, which we will be happy to inform you about upon request.
