The apartment was renovated in May 2021 and furnished with care and attention. It is therefore equipped with all modern comforts and has its own entrance as well as a reserved parking space. The special highlight of the apartment is its beautiful view of Lake Garda, which you can enjoy on the spacious terrace. This magnificent view is complemented by views of Monte Baldo and the charming little village of Gardola, whose centre is only a few minutes' walk away and features several restaurants, pizzerias, shops, a pharmacy, a bicycle rental, a butcher's shop and a bakery. The apartment is a spacious three-room apartment of approximately 60 sqm and offers space for 2 to 4 persons. It is equipped with a living room, a kitchen, a utility room with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed, a large bathroom with shower and a large terrace of approximately 40 sqm. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by a curtain.
The advantages of the apartment include the kitchen, which is equipped with 4 hobs, an extractor hood and a dishwasher.
