The bright semi-detached house on the ground floor has its own entrance, a covered terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the well-maintained garden. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, a cosy corner sofa and a divan bed. The fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle offers everything for preparing your own meals.

The holiday apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and mosquito net as well as a room with two single beds. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and window. High chair and baby bed are available upon request.

The small bungalow park offers a saltwater pool, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn and playground. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity, while the nearest beach is only about 2.5 km away.

The region offers diverse leisure activities: water sports, diving, boat trips, cycling and hiking tours, wine tastings and cultural attractions such as the Pula Amphitheatre or the Brijuni Islands. Some services such as airport transfer or use of air conditioning are available for a fee.
