Beautiful villa in the Morna Valley, next to San Lorenzo and above Santa Eulalia. If you are looking for good value for money with a large group, then this is the house for you.

The property is old but really equipped with all amenities. The house is family owned and you can tell that the owner loves the house. Every year the house is renovated and improved. This family also owns Sitges and Morna Valley, which are nearby. But the house remains traditional and Ibizan without compromising on comfort. Atzaro is around the corner and beaches such as Aguas Blancas and Es Figueral are a 15-minute drive away. To reach the house, you have to drive up a narrow stretch of road (large vans are not advisable, although this is possible if you are a good driver). Once at the top, you enter the building through an electric gate. You are immediately greeted by the breathtaking views. There is a swimming pool with wooden deckchairs with cushions, there is an outdoor kitchen (which is bigger than the kitchen inside!) and a dining table with shade. And of course a large swimming pool and a barbecue. The interior of the house is properly finished. Each of the 6 bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and some have four-poster beds. There is also air conditioning in every room. In addition, there is Wi-Fi in the kitchen (due to the thick walls this is not accessible everywhere), there is a house alarm system, two cots and two lockers.
