Enjoyable stay Bathroom was smaller than expected, more pictures are needed on advert. Would benefit from having a bin in the bathroom and better lighting. Would benefit from a bin in the kitchen .security was very good and access to beach and amenities was all on our doorstep. Good Bus links to all areas, Bus stop 5 min walk and right outside of complex. Overall enjoyable stay.

We spent one week in this beautiful holiday house and really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped — there was genuinely nothing we missed. Everything we needed was there. The road leading to the house is a little challenging in places. With a normal car, it is perfectly manageable, but you definitely need to drive carefully and take your time, as there are some uneven and bumpy sections. Towards the end of our stay, parts of the road were improved, which made access considerably easier. We had heard about the possibility of seeing scorpions and spiders, but despite paying close attention, we didn’t see any at all, so this was absolutely not an issue for us. Communication with the host was excellent. She always responded very quickly to our questions and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location itself is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by trees and nature. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some real tranquility. If we return to Gubbio, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The villa was great,plenty of room inside and out.The villa had everything you would need and the filtered water tap was a bonus.The pool and hot tub was excellent,the villa is in a good location and a 15 min walk to the main centre of Gran Alicant a 5 min walk would take you to a smaller square that had 5 or 6 places to eat.The villa held 8 of us very comfortable .Vicky met us and explained everything about the villa ,communication before we arrived was very easy .We all had a great time and would return to this villa again.

Very nice and big house. Great pool area, as well as nice places to eat and hang outside. We all enjoyed our stay and think the place was better than the pictures. We went every morning to the nearest bakery for fresh bread. It is also walking distance to a small supermarket, some restaurants and a beach, though the uphill going back was a bit rough.

Location on the resort is decent. Air con in the living room leaks directly onto the TV, owner of the property did not reply when sent photos. Property was clean, electricity dropped out for no reason multiple times a day, had to turn mains power on and off again to bring it back. Cannot have both showers on or no water comes out of one of them and there is limited hot water, even with the electricity boost on. Bedrooms are enough to fit 2 comfortably, terrace is a good sun trap for majority of the day although its a good wee walk to one of the pools on the resort. Kitchen is small, not much counter space if you want to actually cook, however oven, dishwasher and washing machine all work. Would suggest it is more for couples looking for a quiet few days rather than a family with kids.

The garden is beautifull. The contact person is nice. But the house is poorly maintained and has many defects. Ther is also a problem with a musty smell.

We had a lovely relaxing time at the villa. The pool was amazing and there were so many areas to sit outside comfortably. There were lots of comfortable shady areas for those who wanted them. Antonino and family responded immediately to any queries and even fitted a new washing machine and outdoor fridge while we were there. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Amazing holiday home in a rural location, lots of amazing scenery and total relaxation. We are already planning to go back, highly impressed with Manalo the owner, kind, caring and considerate, I can’t recommend this home enough. The photos don’t really do this beautiful home justice.

we arrived at Carihuela at 2pm and went for lunch because our check in time was 4pm.after lunch we telephoned the number we had been given, to arrange for someone to meet us at the apartment with the door keys, we were told the person could not get to us until 7-30pm. so we were stuck with all our suitcases and nowhere to go until some one came to meet us. At 7-03 we received a message to be at the destination in 3 minutes. when we met with the woman she was very rude and demanded the final cleaning 100 euros immediately. She told us she was the sister of the usual girl who was unable to come because she had a problem and she had to come instead. She informed us she had had to come a long way to meet us and was very abrupt. Our holiday got off to a bad start, we are two 82 year olds and did not expect to be treated like this it was diabolical. We have been to this property before and never had any problems but due to the way we were treated we have decided to seek alternative accommodation for next year

Had a great time at the property. Communication was great. Everything very clean. Pool was wonderful. Not overlooked. Short walk to the lake. 10 mins walk to Hotel Vinuela for restaurant/bar. Car is recommended for local area. Not secure if you have a dog that likes to explore. Close to a road, you do hear road noise if windows/doors are open but nothing at all when they are closed so not an issue for sleeping. Very quiet residential area. Lots of steps to get down to property from entrance and also within property down to 2nd bedroom and pool area. Recommended & I would love to stay here again.
