Great property and facilities, centrally located for attractions. Owners are very welcoming and helpful. Great for couples or family of four. Village is small, with no shops, but friendly and quiet. A relaxing place to stay.

POSITIVE - property looks like pictures (except not quite) Quick replies to communications Secure & roomy Mostly a quiet area Lots of towels Big pool with lots of space around NEGATIVE - description says 2 air con, but there is only 1 Pool cleaning machine in pool No information book or instructions & too many messages from owner although didn't always answer questions No info on garbage disposal Broken items! - 2 lamps, 1 large door & 1 upstairs door, hand shower in bath, 1 ring on hob, parasol by pool... Dishwasher full on arrival This is not a rental, this is full of personal belongings. The lounge if full of personal photos, the bedroom storage is all locked, except for the wardrobe which is full of owners clothes! Kitchen cupboards are full of food & the freezer. No space to store anything. It's like a house sit, not a rental. No information in the property. Youngsters on bikes & cars accumulate opposite the villa for several hours till 1130pm some nights driving around. Neighbours had fires ( even though illegal currently,) and villa filled with smoke & we had to leave premises for the day. Made us ill. When reported owner did call the neighbour & fire was stopped. Cleaners arrived on our last morning at 730 & started cleaning at 830 & we had to sit eating breakfast with them cleaning the pool - that also meant our morning swim was out! THE WORST- tried to charge €172 for gas & electric! When we checked, the owner had taken the wrong reading from the gas meter & instead of €96 it was €10! I informed her immediately. No apology just send the money! Even though Overall... Could have been lovely, but too many small things wrong & the owner is not trustworthy! Others beware,!!

Location.. brilliant 2 minutes walk to beach, secure gated entrance.. no requirement for a car... it is at the marina end of benalmadena so just as close to torremolinos.... lovely pool with sunbeds and canopies for shaded areas... kitchen is very small considering size of the house but you do have an outside BBQ sink etc..... plenty of cutlery plates....7 beds all with ensuite... these are all a bit tired and could do with an upgrade but all usable....although there are tvs in each room none of them seemed to have any channels on though generally you are not on holiday to watch TV..... It would have been nice to have a pool or ping pong table .... negatives for me as it is all in the small print apparently and to make it clear before you book.... you have to pay for bedding and towels 10€ per person... who goes on holiday and takes bedding with you? We were not camping! Cleaning fee 230€ they want upfront in cash. Then you also need to pay electricity at the end of the week again in cash... for 1 week this cost 148€.. you also need to remove all your rubbish including bathroom bins. In my opinion all these charges should be inclusive of the rental charge. You can however pay your 500€ security deposit by card which should be returned within 48 hours. They did allow us to leave our bags fir a few hours as we had an afternoon flight... Overall a nice villa for an extended family break

It was a delight staying in this beautiful villa. Perfectly suited to 3 families with children, lovely facilities especially the sitting areas and pool. Stali was attentive and very helpful. We had a wonderful time!

2 families with 4 kids between us age 2-6. Beautiful setting with everything you need. Gated pool. Tuscan mosquitos are brutal, bring spray! We will be returning next year.

Enjoyable stay Bathroom was smaller than expected, more pictures are needed on advert. Would benefit from having a bin in the bathroom and better lighting. Would benefit from a bin in the kitchen .security was very good and access to beach and amenities was all on our doorstep. Good Bus links to all areas, Bus stop 5 min walk and right outside of complex. Overall enjoyable stay.

We spent one week in this beautiful holiday house and really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped — there was genuinely nothing we missed. Everything we needed was there. The road leading to the house is a little challenging in places. With a normal car, it is perfectly manageable, but you definitely need to drive carefully and take your time, as there are some uneven and bumpy sections. Towards the end of our stay, parts of the road were improved, which made access considerably easier. We had heard about the possibility of seeing scorpions and spiders, but despite paying close attention, we didn’t see any at all, so this was absolutely not an issue for us. Communication with the host was excellent. She always responded very quickly to our questions and was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The location itself is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by trees and nature. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy some real tranquility. If we return to Gubbio, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Property wasn't clean, dead spider in the bed and hair in corner's of the hall and bedrooms. Showers didn't have water pressure, toilet wouldn't fill and had to be flushed by fill a dish. Our adult sons had to share a bed because we were not give the key to the 3rd bedroom/annex . Additional charges for water and electricity were very expensive.

The villa was great,plenty of room inside and out.The villa had everything you would need and the filtered water tap was a bonus.The pool and hot tub was excellent,the villa is in a good location and a 15 min walk to the main centre of Gran Alicant a 5 min walk would take you to a smaller square that had 5 or 6 places to eat.The villa held 8 of us very comfortable .Vicky met us and explained everything about the villa ,communication before we arrived was very easy .We all had a great time and would return to this villa again.

Very nice and big house. Great pool area, as well as nice places to eat and hang outside. We all enjoyed our stay and think the place was better than the pictures. We went every morning to the nearest bakery for fresh bread. It is also walking distance to a small supermarket, some restaurants and a beach, though the uphill going back was a bit rough.
