Inside, the open-plan living room with a comfortable sofa for relaxing and an open fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere, while the dining room exudes a tasteful ambience. Villa "Sa Gavina is located just 1 km from the beautiful town of Artà in the north-east of Mallorca, but in a secluded, rural location. Eight natural sandy beaches are only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the villa and the paradisiacal bay "Cala Matzoc is a must-see. Cala Ratjada with its numerous bars, restaurants and shopping facilities on the harbour promenade can also be reached in around a quarter of an hour.
