The outdoor area is planted with trees and shrubs and offers plenty of privacy. Under the thatched roof, the garden table is perfect for dinner and there is a state-of-the-art gas barbecue nearby. Winding paths lead to further seating areas and there is a balcony on the upper floor.

Inside, the finca combines rustic charm with modern minimalism. There are two comfortable living and dining rooms, while the kitchen boasts panoramic windows and modern amenities. The property has seven double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, offering plenty of space and comfort.

Villa "Ses Cases de Tenja" is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location in the east of the island. Surrounded by nature, it is ideal for hiking or cycling. The village of Sant Llorenc des Cardassar is only 4 km away, while Portocristo and Cala Ratjada offer plenty of choice, from the quiet promenade to wild party nights. You can quickly drive the 17 km to the sandy beach of Sa Coma.
