Situated in the middle of the well-kept urbanisation of Montferrutx, supermarkets, small shops and good restaurants are within easy walking distance. The charming medieval town of Artà is only 13 km away. The beach of Colònia de Sant Pere is just a 10-minute walk away, while if you head west you will soon reach the beach of Son Serra de Marina.
