Welcome to your exquisite holiday home, Villa Inka, located in the south of Mallorca in the small municipality of Porreres. Cross the driveway to the villa via a typical Mallorca country road and park in the gravel car park, which has ten spaces. Now it's time to step inside!
As soon as you arrive, the covered terrace with an exceptional view of the pool provides shade for daily get-togethers and barbecues, and there is even a pizza oven in the outdoor kitchen! From the beautiful villa, a few steps will take you directly to the azure blue pool with panoramic views, which awaits you under the Mallorcan sun. Around the pool, comfortable sun loungers and a high-quality outdoor day bed invite you to take an afternoon nap or read your favourite book.

Majestic living space on an incredible 600 m². The large windows, some with beautiful red shutters, provide privacy and sun protection and adorn the detailed exterior façade. The harmoniously coordinated colour palette of sand to red tones runs through the elegant interior of the villa. There are five bright and air-conditioned sleeping oases on the upper floor, each with a double bed. Fine fabrics envelop your heavenly sleeping area and guarantee sweet dreams and restful sleep. In addition to a TV, ceiling fans and luxurious bathrooms, you can enjoy first-class comfort. The sixth bedroom with a luxurious double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a directly adjoining bathroom is located on the ground floor. Each bedroom has ample storage space for your belongings and you can safely store your valuables in the safe. The magnificent and first-class living/dining room forms the centrepiece of the dream villa. This is where large groups and families get together and enjoy cheerful moments. The rustic chic of the luxurious, high-quality leather sofa and armchair landscape is proof of perfect taste with a guaranteed feel-good atmosphere. The hot and cold air conditioning system guarantees a perfect room temperature. The open-plan luxury kitchen with cooking island provides a stage for show cooking. Everyone can choose their own seat on the elegant bar stools or at the long dining table. Every game at the foosball table ensures a good mood and lots of fun. Those who like to keep fit with fitness equipment can do so in the fitness room.

On Tuesdays, you can take the nearby country road, which is easy to hear depending on the wind conditions, to the weekly market in the tranquil town of Porreres. Here you will find everything: sun-ripened fruit and vegetables, good wine, but also household goods and clothing. Experience the hustle and bustle of the market in the small alleyways and enjoy the warm hospitality of the locals in the many restaurants and cafés. Tourist attractions worth seeing include the parish church of Senyora de Cosolació, built in the 17th century, and the Santuari di Monti-Sion monastery, around 4 kilometres away. You can reach the monastery on foot or by car. There you can catch an unforgettable view of the island.
