The hillside villa Algueret is located in a well-kept residential area above the Playa de Portopedro. Surrounded by typical coastal flora, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the sea. Enjoy the maritime panorama both from the balcony on the ground floor and from the 80 m² covered terrace on the upper floor. A barbecue is available and perfectly complements the outdoor dining area. If you fancy a swim before breakfast, you can visit the pool area. As the inviting villa is located in a cul-de-sac with residents-only traffic, you only need to cross the road to swim a few lengths in the stately pool or enjoy a long sunbath on the sun loungers provided. Thanks to its layout, the spacious villa with sea views is ideal for large groups of several families or a group of friends, offering plenty of space to relax and excellent value for money.
Of course, this also applies to the interior. Brown mottled floor tiles form a beautiful contrast to the white walls. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with either double or single beds. Each of the four air-conditioned bedrooms has a modern, tiled bathroom, three of which are en suite. In the spacious hallway, a natural stone staircase decorated with traditional Mallorcan patterns leads to the upper floor. The entire house faces the sea, so that you can enjoy the extraordinary sea view from the numerous windows of the spacious living room without being disturbed. In addition to a cosy dining area, you will also be impressed by the bright, round living room. The perfectly equipped fitted kitchen is visually separated from the light-flooded dining area by an American-style counter with a first-class view. Time on the beach paired with the advantages of a charming harbour town within walking distance Algueret offers this pleasant combination in a special way.
The sun-kissed pool villa Algueret is located in the small fishing village of Portopedro. You can enjoy unobstructed views of the sea and can do your shopping on foot in the small town. Take walks to the sea and hikes along this beautiful southern stretch of coastline with its many beaches, the so-called Calas de Mallorca. Some of them are located in the breathtakingly beautiful Mondragó Natural Park.
