The property is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape with cypress, olive, carob and almond trees as well as flowering gardens and extensive lawns. A highlight of the finca is the unique pool area with its blue-tiled pool and the marvellous whirlpool, which is easily accessible via a staircase. The long, covered terrace next to the house is ideal for communal meals and allows you to enjoy the view together.

The interior has high-quality furniture and plenty of space to relax. The large living room with open fireplace offers a cosy sofa area for reading or watching films. The adjoining dining area seats up to 12 guests and the well-equipped kitchen makes for a pleasant self-catering experience. In addition to six double bedrooms (four on the ground floor, two on the first floor) and six modern bathrooms, this finca also offers central heating for a cosy atmosphere in the cooler months.

The stylish villa "Amarillo is a quiet, exposed country house on a hill about 3 km from Artà. It has a unique view of the countryside as far as Artà and is set on a 14,000 m² plot. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach promenade and harbour can be reached in less than 20 minutes by car. The beautiful natural sandy beach of Cala Torta can be reached in approx. 10 minutes.
