The beautifully planted plot also offers wonderfully airy, natural shady spots and a brick barbecue invites you to enjoy evening barbecues with friends. On the covered terrace right next to the house, you can choose between a dining table and a cosy lounge and enjoy the view of the garden from here as well as short distances to the kitchen.

The ground-floor interior of the house is characterised by a charming ambience that features classic Mallorcan elements such as natural stone elements, exposed beam ceilings and wooden furniture. In the living area with wood-burning stove and large flat-screen TV, you can relax on the sofa and in the armchair at any time of day. From here, an open passageway leads to the dining room, which in turn leads to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need for independent self-catering days. Two tastefully furnished double bedrooms provide an inviting setting for restful holiday nights. One of the bedrooms has twin beds, the other has a double bed and both have en-suite bathrooms with a bathtub. In the green-inspired bathroom, a hydromassage bathtub provides additional wellness moments. Our verdict: a great house for four people in an absolutely attractive location close to the sea.

This inviting farmhouse in Mallorca is located in the north of the island, just over 1 km from Pollença. There you can do your daily shopping and experience the colourful weekly market on Sundays. Thanks to its location by the road, you can also reach various attractive excursion destinations in no time at all. There is a long sandy beach in Port de Pollença (approx. 7 km) and other beautiful bays are also just a few kilometres away. The popular town of Alcúdia is around fifteen minutes away by car.
