Ca Na Marlis

The country house Ca Na Marlis is ideal if you want to spend a relaxing holiday with good friends in Mallorca. The architecture of the buildings is perhaps reminiscent of northern Spain, which is no coincidence: they once belonged to an Asturian restaurant.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The property has been lovingly restored and converted into three separate and comfortable living units, spread over a secluded garden plot with plenty of lawn, enchanting shady spots and an exotically designed pool with a small grotto and waterfall. There are plenty of comfortable loungers and seating areas for reading, sunbathing and lazing around. Each house has an individually designed terrace.

The interiors of the main house and the two bungalows are flooded with light and furnished in a modern country house style. The main house has a living room, a dining room, a modern kitchen with a further dining area and three spacious bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. Attached to the house you will find a lovely lounge, several terraces and a barbecue area. Each of the two bungalows has a double room with its own bathroom. The third bungalow with rustic furnishings has no bedroom. It has a small fitness room, a cosy living room with a fireplace, a small bar and a room with games and a table football table. Here you can create your own party atmosphere without having to leave your holiday home on Mallorca.

The holiday home is located just 1 km from Inca. There is a paddle court and several tennis courts in the immediate vicinity. From here you can reach the long, white beaches on the north-east coast in around 25 minutes by car.
