With more than 150 steps leading to the top, from here you can absorb the spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. Come evening this elevated rock area is illuminated with light and is the centre piece of the area. The main area of Protaras Fig Tree Bay also known as The Strip is just 15 minutes walking distance or a few minutes by car where you are met with an abundance of shops supermarkets bars & restaurants with local and international cuisine.

The main beaches of Protaras are all located off The Strip with access to the board walk and the beaches are lined with kiosks and restaurants, sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire as well as water sports.

The villa is set on a good size plot with a mature garden and a private gated driveway with parking for 2 cars.

Outside the villa hosts a private swimming pool with a paved area around, a built in BBQ covered patio area and outdoor furniture with sun loungers for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment family time.

The ground floor offers an open plan living room area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, a comfortable sofa set, a large flat screen TV and Satellite TV Box with access to 1000+ international channels & a family bathroom guest toilet. The living room opens up to a large covered patio with access to the pool area.
