The bungalow sleeps up to 2 adults comfortably, and there is a sofa bed in the living area, which can offer separate sleeping arrangements if needed. The bathroom has a large walk in shower and there is a top loading washing machine for guests use. There is free WIFI and a flat screen TV Towels and bed linen are provided in this holiday home, with a table and chairs on the terrace for alfresco dining.

Matagorda is just a 5 minute walk and the start of the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen is just a 10 minute walk away. Location is everything and this location is first class! Everything you will need is on your doorstep for a fabulous holiday in Lanzarote.

Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace and strictly no smoking inside the apartment.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 10 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a spare set of bed linen and towels for each guest. If you are staying for less than 10 nights and require a spare bed linen and towel set, this can be arranged for an additional cost of 20€ per double / twin room.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if you are interested we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot guarantee early check in or a late departure. We can always check one day before arrival or one day before your departure if there is a possibility, dependent on if there is a same day changeover on either of these days. The only way to guarantee an earlier check in or a later departure is to book an extra day.
