nice quiet complex , supermarket and bar & cafe close by , it is at the top of a long hill but not a severe slope . Apartment a nice size , and balcony , plenty of pool towels , and the massive bonus of a/c in 3 rooms as it was very warm . Wi-fi good , tv was a bit ropey signal wise but not a deal breaker . One little issue that Kristy sorted out the same day

The villa is beautiful in a great location for bars, restaurants and shops and a sort walk to the beach the booking and check in and out was great the pool which is heated was great and cleaned twice during our week stay. have already booked for next year cant wait.

The place was great. the pool was great. The location is only a few minutes from the strip. We would go back again in the morning.

Can't wait to come back! Visited as a family of four, 2 adults and 2 young children. So pleased we came across this bungalow when searching for accommodation as it was everything we were looking for! Secure private gardens with locked gates, very clean, tidy & modern, fully equipped kitchen and we loved that beach towels were included as we spent most of our days in the pool or down by the beach which is less than a 5 minute walk. We found this to be in a great location as there are some small shops nearby for essentials and the busier strip of Puerto Del Carmen being around a 20 minute walk or €4 taxi ride away. Kristy was a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much bother and she even responded to a message I sent at 8pm on a Sunday night.

Stayed in 13B Atlantic View apartments in Puerto Del Carmen, and I have to say I was taking aback by the apartment. The room's where quite big and the living was amazingly spacious, and spotless clean with everything you need. The complex was lovely a quite and nestled up a lovely area of old town. Kristy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I'll definitely be back. And would highly recommend anyone to book there as will not be disappointed

Stayed here for 5 nights from 9th Jan 2023. From booking communication with Kristy was easy and straight forward. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed. Very modern and finished to a high speck. Bonus was having a washing machine. Complex was spotless. Pool at this time of year was cold but we expected that as it's not heated. Very large apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms. Plenty extra pillows to. We will definitely return x
