Villa Vivienne is a 3 bedroom villa with a private pool, located within the popular resort of Puerto del Carmen, and the beach promenade is just a few minutes walk.

The villa boasts an open-plan living space on the upper floor and a modern fully equipped kitchen with appliances and everything you could need. There are a choice of dining and relaxing outside terraces with 2 terraces on the upper floor and a garden and terrace on the ground floor with a heated pool. The bedrooms are all located on the ground floor, including a master king-size bedroom and two twin rooms. There are two modern shower rooms, one on each floor, both complete with large walk in showers.

The swimming pool is a real treat and the terrace is a complete sun trap. The pool is heated during the winter months and there is an option to have the pool heated during the summer months at an extra cost.

Villa Vivienne is is a first choice for family, or couple holidays and only a few minute walk to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen Avenida, and all it has to offer, with an array of shops, restaurants, bars and stunning beaches.

The villa is prepared for arrival and departure clean is included in the price. All linen and towels are provided and pool/beach towels are also provided for you, and there is a washing machine at the property for your use. If you are staying for 14 nights or longer, as standard, you will also receive a weekly bed linen and towel change.

We do also offer a cleaning service and if you would like the cleaning team to clean, and carry out additional bed linen changes while you are staying, we offer this service for an additional cost. The cleaning service does need to be booked at least 7 day before your arrival, and if would like this service we can give you a cleaning quote dependent on your requirements.

Check in and check out times are there to enable the cleaning team to prepare your holiday home and we cannot offer an early check in or a late departure. Changeover days are Saturday only.

Cots and High Chairs are available upon request and must be requested prior to your arrival and these incur an additional charge.
