This apartment in Benalmádena is perfect for accommodating up to 4 people in a cosy and very bright 60 m² space, located on the beachfront. Situated on the sixth floor, it offers a glazed terrace with views and a comfortable living-dining room with internet connection so you can enjoy your favourite series or films 📺. The separate kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, allows you to prepare your meals whilst staying in contact with the rest of the group.

The accommodation has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and another with single beds, both with space to store your luggage and windows to the outside for restful sleep 🛏️. It also has a full bathroom with a bathtub.

Located within a residential complex with a communal swimming pool and children's pool, you can relax on days when you don't want to go to the beach, respecting the community's schedules and capacity limits. In addition, the building has a lift for added convenience.

Please note that the swimming pool is for communal use and its availability is subject to the rules, dates and schedules established by the community of owners, and may vary depending on the season or internal decisions.

The location is unbeatable, very close to Puerto Marina sports marina, where you can enjoy leisure, dining and beach sports activities. Among the nearby points of interest are: supermarkets and restaurants 20 metres away, bus stop 200 metres away, sandy beach 400 metres away, Selwo Marina 1 km away, Paloma natural park 2 km away, Arroyo de la Miel train station 3 km away, and several water parks and golf courses within a 5 km radius. Málaga airport is just 11 km away, making access easy from anywhere.
