With its 5 SUITES, our villa is perfect for groups of 10 PEOPLE.
Given the slope of the land, the villa is built on several half levels.
On the upper level there are 3 suites including the master with its sea and mountain views. The master bathroom includes a shower, a bathtub and a WC; the other two suites each have a shower room.
A few steps from the outside will take you to the swimming pool area where there is a 4th suite with its splendid mountain view
Finally, a few additional steps (from the outside) lead you to the fifth suite nestled in the vegetation.

INTERIOR COMMON SPACES

The common areas are spacious with a large living room and a dining kitchen (50 sqm alltogether) opening onto large terraces with breathtaking sea and mountain views.
The kitchen is very well equipped with an American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave.
At pool level, you will find a summer kitchen equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher for drinks or ice creams near the pool.
The LAUNDRY area is located on the level of the 3 main bedrooms and includes a washing machine and dryer for a peaceful vacation!
