The flat in the heart of La Mata with 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom has a capacity for 4 people. There is air conditioning (cold/hot) in the lounge and in the bedroom.

Here you will find a 63 m² flat furnished in a modern style and with everything necessary for a good holiday: a large terrace of 12 m², which invites you to a cosy breakfast and long evenings. You will find a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired.

On the roof terrace, where you can also hang clothes, you will experience a fantastic view of the square and the sea. You leave the house, walk 50 metres across the square and you find yourself directly on the kilometres-long sandy beach. There is a bakery and a pharmacy in the same building. Within a radius of 100 metres you will find everything you need for your daily needs, such as a supermarket, a bank, a butcher's, restaurants, cafés and other small shops.

Very important! There is a 100 euro refundable deposit (if there are no damages and the house rules have been complied with during your stay).

Activities:
In addition to the wonderful sandy beaches, the surroundings offer many other activity possibilities. With its marshes, nature reserves and pine forests, the region invites you to take long walks on foot or by bicycle. (Within an hour you can reach interesting cities such as Alicante, Murcia, Cartagena and Elche. A trip to the pirate island of Tabarca is also recommended.)
