The apartment has a south-facing orientation that allows you to enjoy the morning sun and beautiful sea views from its 4 m² terrace, ideal for relaxing with a coffee or a drink at sunset. Its interior is spacious and bright, with a cosy living-dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and everything necessary to prepare your meals with comfort.

It has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and storage space, as well as a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 people. The full bathroom has a shower tray for greater comfort.

The location is unbeatable: just 50 metres from the Playamar sandy beach and the leisure area with restaurants and bars, and a short distance from supermarkets, bus stops and other attractions such as children's parks, golf course, water and nature parks, as well as Málaga Costa del Sol airport 6 km away and the AVE station 12 km away, thus facilitating your travel around the region.
