The ground floor features an independent fully equipped kitchen, including fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. The cosy living room offers a warm atmosphere with a wooden dining table, a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and access through double doors to a charming terrace with an outdoor dining table. Additionally, the living room is equipped with air conditioning for greater comfort, while the bedrooms have ceiling fans.

On the upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, are the bedrooms and bathroom with bathtub.
