The main beach of Puerto del Carmen is located just 2.5 km from Villa Luciano, and in this area you can also find bars, restauarnts and shops. The property has a large and beautiful open air swimming pool where you can relax while contemplating nice views of the ocean, the golf course on the opposite side of the road or the coastal town nearby. The pool area is equipped with external forniture to dine outside and confortable sunloungers. This is the perfect place to enjoy a long breakfast or lunch under the porch or romantic dinners under the stars. The property surrounding the house is almost 9 acres of elegant design landscape, with many traditional walls built out of volcanic rock, offering great privacy to those customers who require it. You can enjoy nice walks between the many species of fruit trees within the property or a snack under the palm trees with the certainty of not been seen from the outside.The house has three very spacious double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, two of them with showers, and two other double bedrooms with a shared bathroom with a bathtub. You will have a total of 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, two with showers, and a toilet. All rooms are fitted with large in-built wardrobes and have their own independent access to the outside pool porch with espectacular views. Also another extra room is available for personal assistants. The property is also suitable for people with reduced mobility, being most of it accessible on a wheelchair and also one bathroom is adapted for disabled people. The House has also a fully equipped kitchen with 4 hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffy machine, toaster and complete kitchenware. We provide a set of bath towels and sheets per guest plus pool towels. A cot is available on request. You can easily park near the house entrance , the parking is exterior and prívate.
