It has a spectacular private swimming pool and a large outdoor area to enjoy the Lanzarote sun. It is located in a quiet residential area of Puerto Calero, only 3 km from Puerto del Carmen and a few minutes walk from the exclusive centre of Puerto Calero. Close to all amenities and also 2 minutes away from the new sports centre of the area with gym, salt water pool and tennis courts. The marina with bars, restaurants and supermarket is only 600 metres away. The house has a large terrace with dining table, armchairs and view to the spacious pool. The pool area has sunbeds, sunshade, shower and a barbecue. The house has one bedroom with 2 separate beds, air conditioning, TV, built-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with shower and bidet. The second bedroom has an extra large double bed (180x2m), air-conditioning, television, a large built-in wardrobe with safe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom also has an extra large double bed (180x190cm), air conditioning, Smart TV and en suite bathroom with shower. There are a total of 3 bathrooms plus a toilet, the bathroom has a hairdryer. The villa is fully equipped to make you feel at home; it also has an iron, ironing board and washing machine for the exclusive use of the guests. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, it has a 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and ample kitchenware for 6 people. There is a large separate dining room that separates the kitchen and the living room. The lounge area is very spacious and ideal to enjoy some relaxing moments with a large sofa, SMART TV with international channels and air conditioning. Wifi connection with high speed fibre, ideal for those who need to work online. Bed linen and a set of towels per person are provided.
