Windsor Hills Stylish 5 bed/5 bath Pool Home, 5 miles to Disney!

Located on the renowned Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee and less than 5 miles from Disney World, this beautiful home sleeps 10 guests and has 5 bedrooms (all with their own bathrooms and Smart TVs), a games room and a fantastic south-facing pool with lake views and the benefit of no rear neighbors. This property is also walking distance to the resort’s fantastic clubhouse (gym, tennis courts, movie theater etc) and lagoon-style pool complete with water park.

The interior of this property has been restyled in a contemporary style. The impressive entrance hall leads into the family room with a large flat screen TV, sofas and sliding doors leading out to the beautiful pool deck.

There is a large separate kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for at-home dining including a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender etc. The kitchen also features a large table and chairs set for 6 with views to the front of the property. There is also a separate formal dining area which seats 6.

There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level – 2 spacious king suites plus a Disney-themed twin room. Both master suites feature king size beds, flat screen TVs, views over the pool and spacious en suite bathrooms with twin sinks, WC and shower. The beach-themed bedroom also has a workstation - a desk with office chair. The twin room has a fun Disney/Mickey Mouse theme along with a TV. There is also a Mickey-themed bathroom with bath/shower right next door to the twin room.

Head upstairs and you will find two further bedrooms (a twin room and a double room with a queen bed) both with their own en suite bathrooms and flat screen TVs.

Step outside onto the fabulous south-facing pool deck with a private pool and spa with views over a lake and the benefit of no rear neighbors. The pool deck also features a shaded dining area with a table and chairs set and sun loungers. The pool can be heated (optional extra) and has a pool safety fence for families with small children.

The garage has been converted into a fun and spacious games room complete with a high-quality pool table, table football and sofas.

The property includes a crib and highchair for babies. It has air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and a laundry room with a washer and dryer and ironing facilities. There is parking on the driveway in front of the property for two cars.

This beautiful home is walking distance from the impressive clubhouse and resort amenities including a large lagoon communal pool, water park play area, spa, fitness, tennis courts, picnic area, shop, kids’ play areas, bar, shop and more. The Windsor Hills resort is a 24/7 gated community just moments from the 192 Highway (offering endless restaurants and dining options on your doorstep) and is also less than 5 miles to Disney World.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE AT THE HOME INCLUDING THE POOL DECK.

THIS IS A QUIET COMMUNITY. HOA ENFORCED QUIET HOURS FROM 10PM - 8AM. PLEASE ENSURE NOISE IS KEPT AT A POLITE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES. IF A NEIGHBOR/SECURITY ASKS YOU TO KEEP THE NOISE DOWN YOU MUST COMPLY.

SORRY, WE DO NOT ACCEPT YOUNG ADULT/STUDENT GROUPS UNDER THE AVERAGE AGE OF 26.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.

POOL HEAT OPTION:
POOL HEATING IS $45 PER DAY, MINIMUM CHARGE OF 3 CONSECUTIVE NIGHTS. $25 additional callout charge if a request for pool heat is made after you have arrived during your stay, as we need to make an additional trip to the home to switch the pool heat on for you.

Pool heating is set to 87 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Spa will be set to 99 degrees (a spa is not a hot tub and is part of the pool and requires pool heat to be heated). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for failure of the pool heating equipment or issues caused by weather conditions. During the winter months when temperatures are in the 50s and below, this will affect the ability of the pool heaters to keep the pool to temperature.

Please note that all electric pool heaters have a safety ‘shut off’ to protect against freezing when the outside temperature is in the low 50’s. The heaters will not operate until the outside temperature rises above 52 degrees. This is not a fault with the machine, they are designed like this to stop them from freezing up.

Guests will still be charged for the pool heat, as the pool heaters will be running, so it is down to the guest to decide if they then wish to cancel their remaining days of pool heat use – we must be notified if they wish for us to switch it off. Refunds will be given on any unused days of pool heat and by booking pool heat the guests agree that no compensation will be given due to faulty pool heaters or bad/cold weather.

We suggest guests check the weather forecast for temperatures before their upcoming stay and then cancel pool heat accordingly if they feel it will be too cold.
