Booked this villa at short notice due to our original booking having to be cancelled by the owner. The villa was absolutely stunning, immaculately clean and had everything you need to male it feel like home. 5 large bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across two levels meant there was plenty of space and although there were only 5 of us, it would have easily fit two families without feeling cramped. Champions Gate is a great location and it was easy to get to all the local amenities. We only used one of the on site water parks once as we were so busy but the kids enjoyed it. The owners, Matt and Kate, gave us loads of information before our arrival on the local area and were very quick to respond to any queries. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The property itself is great the location is perfect . The internet is fast - which we appreciated . We stayed for 18 nights , the check in and out is seamless . Whilst the home was generally clean , there were some aspects that could’ve been better .. there’s a lot of dust in the ceiling coving in the master bedroom ( of which we did hoover up) every window was dirty , and window sills were flies graveyards … the ceiling fans couldn’t be used because of the dust on them … we couldn’t reach the hoover hose up that high to clean them ( and is that really our job while we’re on holiday ? ) We have an asthmatic son who won’t use the AC but does use the fans - he’d of been gasping for breath here . Then there’s the matter of the bins … we were told to put our rubbish in a bin bag and in the wheelie bin in the garage and not to put the wheelie bin out on the curb for collection as the homeowners would take care of it for us . When we put our first rubbish bag in the bin there were already 2 previous tenants bags in there - you can only imagine the smell and the flies … we put a further 2 binbags in there and then we had to contact the home owners before we could put anymore in the wheelie bin. They came and removed 2 of ours but left the rest in there …? The balcony could be lovely , but it’s just not looked after . A wash of the windows,doors etc and a touch up of the paintwork would go a long way . So based on this we wouldn’t stay here again or recommend to our family & friends ..

Absolutely fantastic stay at this villa. The property is beautiful throughout and the communication with the agent was brilliant. It’s perfectly positioned for visits to the theme parks and local amenities. Highly recommended.

We have a lovely stay. It is definitly value for money. Perfect house, all the facilities needed, the pool was great, all the rooms too. We loved it.

A flawless experience, from start to end, with Absolute Homes Florida. Matt and Kate responded quickly whenever I messaged. There were a couple of very minor issues, which can be expected with any rental, and Matt was on the case and all resolved within a couple of hours. The villa was lovely and suited us well. The area was very quiet and we benefited from a daily display from the local wildlife. White Ibis, Sandhill Cranes, Swallow-tailed Kite and squirrels! Even a couple of snakes in the pool one morning. Completely harmless and both were safely removed! I have visited Florida on many occasions so know the area really well. We had the most amazing meal, on our last night, at Ovation Bistro and Bar on US27. The food and service were second to none. Villa is conveniently located for all attractions and a Publix supermarket is affacing Calabay Parc. We had the best 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Amazing Villa , good location and owners were very responsive

Great location. Kate and Matt both responded quickly to questions asked. Good size villa, clean and comfortable. I think the only suggestion would be to have a bigger set of table and chairs around by the pool or even a few extra chairs to accommodate the number of guest. But overall a lovely place to stay!

5 stars This house was absolutely beautiful. Just like the photos. Such a great style, design and a really good vibe. It had lots of room and was just what we were looking for. The game room was such an extra bonus that really added some fun to our family time. We enjoyed the pool and really appreciated the gate that made it feel safe for our baby. The pool even had a few floats that we enjoyed using and some toys which made it extra entertaining.

5 stars - The house was identical to the photos, no surprises. The hosts were quick to respond, answered all my questions and communicated consistently. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. With a wheelchair we had concerns about the entryway & doorways. Her wheelchair (standard chair) fit through all doorways. There is a small step at the entrance but was very easy to navigate her chair over. Overall, we would stay again if we were in the area.
