Located directly in the village and yet in a quiet location, the holiday apartment for up to 3 adults and 1 baby, which was completely renovated in 2022, is located on a plot of approx. 160 sqm in a semi-detached house. A beautiful swimming area on the Flachsee lake is approx. 2 km away and the nearest supermarket in Waren (Müritz) is 12 km away.
The approx. 55 square metre, tastefully furnished, centrally heated non-smoking apartment with separate entrance has a living room (upholstered suite, flat-screen TV, radio, wood-burning stove incl. wood), a large kitchen with dining area (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC, switchable electric heating) and a small hallway. A further bedroom (1 single bed) can be reached via a staircase (NO CHILDREN'S SAFETY!) and there is also a furnished, covered terrace with barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities and, by arrangement, a boat (for a fee).
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, electricity and water. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Boat (if desired) 20 EUR/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.

Sophienhof, a small district of the municipality of Grabowhöfe, is nestled between several lakes of the Mecklenburg Lake District and the wooded hilly landscape of Mecklenburg Switzerland and is about 15 km from the state-approved spa Waren (Müritz) - the tourist centre of the region. The region is ideal for a relaxing yet active holiday. The nearby Flachsee lake with jetty and bathing area can be reached on an idyllic path in approx. 10 minutes by bike. The nearest supermarket is approx. 12 km away in Waren (Müritz). Here you will find numerous other shops, restaurants and cafés, the large public swimming pool on the Müritz, boat and bike hire and water sports facilities. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger boat service and promenade, the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, as well as the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
