The Francesco apartment is located approximately 300 metres from the beach and very close to the nightlife area. It has a capacity for 3 people.
Its distribution is as follows:

- Open kitchen equipped with appliances.

- 1 bathroom with bathtub
- 1 individual sofa bed in the living room
It is located on the second floor of the building with a lift.
· Lloret de Mar is one of the main tourist destinations: beaches, seafront promenade, bars and nightclubs, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports... · You can also visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa Brava and the cities of Barcelona and Girona.
· Barcelona airports (90km) and Girona-Costa Brava airports (30km) have bus connections to the centre of Lloret de Mar. · Bus station in Lloret is a 7-minute walk from the apartment.
· Train from Barcelona (line R1) or Girona (R11+R1) to Blanes train station and bus to Lloret de Mar.
. Public parking near the accommodation. People on the property:
· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.
- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.
Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late Arrival:
· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price £50 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price £100 per booking (payment upon arrival)
· Out-of-hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.
· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.
· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.
. Deposit of 200 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.
In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith:
Price according to locksmith's rate, to be paid on-site to the technician.
Rules:
· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.
· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.
. No beach towels are provided.
